The hotel is exceptionally comfortable, has BEAUTIFUL views and excellent location just off the busstop, and Dubrovnik city center. The rooms are big size and cosy with a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control.

The place is situated right next to a large market and many restaurants, making it super convenient, and the staff here are all friendly and attentive. We had a spacious bedroom.

The owners are nice and helpfull people with good english. The guest house is far from Old Town and sights. This place is good for couples who is looking quiet country life not far from the beach and market

Nice place and good value. Very friendly, social and helpfull family runs this guesthouse. The room was good, basic but clean, as on the pictures. The room had airconditioning, a fridge, a private bathroom and a nice balcony with nice flowers and a great view. There was also a small shared kitchen, which was handy as we could make ourselves breakfast and enjoy it on our balcony. The location was also great. We could park our car on the street only 1 min. walk away. Also walking distance was the promenade with: -busstop for the bus to the old town -restaurants and bars -supermarket -tourist info -beach

Friendly owners, nice view, recommended a good restaurant (Bueno) not too far - good price and tasty food (Italian).

Had noise disturbance during our second night from apartment above, also there are quite a lot of steps down to the shops/restaurants/beach, other than that everything else good.

OMG I do not know where to start: firstly, the guest house is located in the very heart of Lapad and most of the beaches and island trips are accessible in a walking distance. Secondly, the owner (Nikola and his family) is an amazing person who will help you any time you need. Thirdly, with a friendly atmosphere you will feel like at home. Highly recommended! A very welcoming place and a very nice and attentive host. We really enjoyed the view on the sea, the terrace (perfect place for a good breakfast !), the fact that the guesthouse was not far from the beach, from restaurants and from the bus station to go to the old town. The appartment itself was very clean and confortable and we recommend it warmly to people who wish to spend a nice time in Dubrovnik.

Absolutely fantastic view over the mountains, the harbour with a sea view. Great location because of the calm and the beach was close, and still excellent bus connections to the old town. Very friendly owners! Thank you. We recommend warmly!

The bed was too small for my boyfriend who is 185 cm tall but the owner said he is about to change the beds. As a small improvement: we would have liked to have WiFi.
